Made from quality timber offcuts from the kitchen & cabinetry industry and 100% natural fillings these stools are designed to offer modern design with minimal waste.
Foam, dacron, spray glue and massive staples have been replaced with cashmere hair, coir, wool, calico and minimal use of 6mm staples to create useful pieces of contemporary furniture without the footprint of mass produced high street stuff that can't be re-upholstered and ends up in land-fill when it reaches the end of it's short life.
Upholstered in beautiful, recycled cloth by British textile designer Beatrice Larkin. This fabric is ace - it's got a 25k rub count making it suitable for domestic upholstery, it's made from 100% recycled cotton and the double face weave makes it really economical to use + Beatrice is a small, independently run UK business - just like me!
